It benefits from an exceptional position in the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, only a few miles from the coast and situated in the heart of an 18-hole golf course with breathtaking views over the rolling Tuscan hills and Mediterranean forests down to the sea and the Isle of Elba. The local climate is especially mild, even by Italian standards, with outdoor activities possible 12 months of the year.
